Mission

This committee determines measurement and evaluation priorities for pharmacist members, that are used to help evaluate impact

Objectives

Determine measurement and evaluation priorities for the Network

Identify and initiate a project to collect data across multiple primary care sites so as to begin to understand how to best develop evaluations that can be multi-site collaborations. This project will be feasible, focused (compared to a large initiative covering ‘the waterfront’) and address the concept of value or impact as best as possible so as to begin to get experience working together and build up to larger initiatives.

Highlights/Accomplishments

  • Carried out multisite collaboration to examine medication review by primary care team pharmacists.
  • Collaborated on a research study examining pharmacist role in primary care team based mental health care.
