Mission

This committee helps tell the story about how pharmacists working in primary care teams across Ontario are helping Ontarians.

Objectives

  • Develop key stories/messages
  • Choose format of how stories will be told including consideration for how technology can help tell the story and how the website can be used- suggest change to Choose format of how stories will be told including consideration for how technology can be leveraged to help tell the story
      ○  (how to construct it e.g. portal for patient/family health care providers)
  • Recommend processes to tell the story including how to engage the entire OPCTP group at large
